We partnered with Parfetts & Go Local to implement the fixture in a select no. of their stores, and following a 3 month trial, delivered a sales uplift of +13%*.
Wine is often seen as a complicated category (for both retailers and shoppers alike). To help simplify this for everyone, we developed a “one size fits all” wine fixture, which is fast & easy to implement, whilst providing shoppers with simple guidance to help drive sales.



Our fixture is based on 3 simple principles;
1. Merchandise by price
(lowest on the bottom shelf to highest on the top)
2. Focus on the biggest selling brands
(stock less wine, but sell more)
3. Call out the key occasions
(help shoppers make the right purchase)
